Lisa Campbell PhD

Dr. Lisa Campbell received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno. She specializes in the treatment of PTSD and works extensively with veterans. Dr. Campbell is the South County PTSD Clinic Director for VA San Diego. She plays an active role in training psychologists and is an Assistant Professor of Psychology for the University of California, San Diego’s Psychiatry Department. During the past 15 years, Dr. Campbell has counseled all types of trauma survivors, both for the VA and in her private practice, and is actively involved in promoting the delivery and development of high quality trauma-focused treatments. When not working, she’s happiest when spending time with her husband and two sons.
