Vishwanath (Vishy) is the President and CEO of The Institute of Transformational Coaching LLC, an organization focused on building transformative, eco-systemic leadership.

As a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Vishy has worked with senior leaders across the globe spanning Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America, enabling them to lead successfully in times of increasing complexity and uncertainty.

He is the co-author of the book - Discover the Alchemist Within and has been published in several news publications including Forbes, the Hindu Business Line, Vikalpa and the National HRD Network publications.

An avid trekker, he has summited Mount Kilimanjaro and been to the Everest Base camp. He enjoys music production and has also directed and acted in several short films.
