Rozella Haydee White

Rozella Haydée White (she/her/ella) is the #LoveBigCoach, one who coaches women to love themselves through life's transitions. She is the owner of RHW Consulting LLC, an agency focused on accompanying clients as they align their being, beliefs and behaviors in order to deconstruct and dismantle systems, structures, and social constructs that inhibit justice and liberation. Rozella is a public theologian, spiritual life and leadership coach, inspirational speaker and writer focused on nurturing love that is life-giving, justice-seeking, and sustaining so that all can thrive.

RHW Consulting LLC offers individual, team, and organizational coaching that supports clients as they create meaningful action that moves them towards holistic alignment, individually and collectively. She coaches clients seeking personal transformation and works with those in the areas of organizational culture, non-profit board development, leadership development, strategic planning and goal setting, conflict resolution, and racial justice and equity.

Rozella is also the creator and co-founder of Racial Healing & Wellness Coaching LLC, a collaborative for womxn committed to the journey of racial healing and wellness. Through coaching, cohort-based learning and content creation, we invite womxn to live boldy, love fully and lead with justice for the sake of individual and communal liberation.

Rozella is the author of Love Big: The Power of Revolutionary Relationships to Heal the World (Fortress Press, 2019) and is a contributor to the New York Times Bestseller and international bestseller, A Rhythm of Prayer, edited by Sarah Bessey. She has contributed to many books, written numerous articles, curriculums, and resources focused on leadership development, spirituality, and justice steeped in a Love Ethic.
