George Potts Young

George Potts Young is a singer, writer, producer and creative director, whose works have been seen on shows and films such as Memphis Beat, When The Game Stands Tall, The Campaign, This Is The End, and Quarry. As a background singer, he has performed with Beyonce, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey, Queen Latifah, and gospel music giants such as Kirk Franklin and Yolanda Adams. Through his newly formed production company, Church Friends, he has written and produced musicals, tv segments, and Essence Fest Gospel Tribute performances. He currently lives in Los Angeles, CA.
