Bill Bernal

I grew up in Plainfield, New Jersey. As a kid, I dabbled in photography with a 110 camera and flash bulbs. Seeing the wonderful National Geographic pictures, I tried to emulate shots I saw and through much trial and error I became a self-taught photographer, I again picked up the camera again after many years of not shooting and have been featured through a variety of social media channels such as ABC and FOX and NBC in New York. Early in my Instagram ventures I was featured in a 2016 Fox 5 segment and most recently, was selected as a finalist in the 2017 Empire State Building photo contest, and my image was displayed in their lobby.

Instagram has been a wonderful vehicle for me and I have had the pleasure of meeting other great photographers and look forward to meeting many others.
