Rebecca Bounds

Rebecca McFarland Bounds (1953-2018) Born to a La couple and have lived all over the USA and Canada.

I started writing poetry when I was a teenager and have written several books which I am now getting ready to publish. My first published book is “The Backside of the Tapestry” a historical fiction. I am working on the editing and completion of my second book that I wrote four years ago “The Moment of Choice, Why Lawyers go to Hell” a Christian SyFi, and lastly working on the third book which I wrote three years ago for children “The Misadventures of the Three little Kittens down Hannah Lane”.

While living in Minden, La I started a writers group, and we published many articles in the local paper, Minden Press Herald. My husband and I now live in South Fork, Co where we are also part of a writers group.

I have also belonged to CAC of Bossier City, La and Hoover Watercolor Society of Shreveport, La and have won top awards in both groups.

Although I have an investment company, my interest lies far beyond just investing. In the past, I have helped others; start-up businesses, audit and evaluated or fine-tune enterprises to be better companies. I’m currently working on and maintaining a blog, which I have wanted to do for a couple of years. After much encouragement from others, I took the plunge.
