Mark has been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years. In that time, he has had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clientele from military tier one special operations and professional athletes, division one men's and women's athletes and teams as well as high school athletes working to make it to the next level.
Mark's association with Original Strength Systems began in 2012. Since then he has become an Original Strength L1 and L2 certified coach as well as an Original Strength Instructor. In his capacity as an instructor for OS, his job entails leading workshops teaching the principles of OS to other strength coaches, therapists, doctors and lay people who just want to move and feel better. Additionally, he has presented the OS system at multiple state conventions for the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Mark is a regular contributor to the OS Blog, writing about how the OS system can be integrated into other training modalities to help not only athletes but everyone move and perform better at life.
