Raymond Payne

I am a former educator, choreographer, composer, and director. Now in retirement, I devote most of my time and energy to writing illustrated novels, screenplays, and my newest endeavor...photography...especially on the artistic side. "Storm Shelter", my latest illustrated novel, is loosely based on my 2004 young adult novel, "Shelter From The Storm". I currently reside in Florida.
