J.A. Hennrikus writes the Theater Cop series. The series features Sully Sullivan, an ex-cop who moved home and is running a theater company. Occasionally she has to brush off her investigative skills to help friends. In each of the books, a production offers a backdrop to the mystery. A CHRISTMAS PERIL was the first in the series, and focused on a production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL that was out of control.

WITH A KISS I DIE plays against the backdrop of a bleak production of ROMEO AND JULIET.
