Kito J. Johnson is an accomplished real estate broker who specializes in teaching others how to create generational wealth through principles of real estate investing and entrepreneurship. A licensed broker in several states including his Georgia home, his stellar career spans over 20 years and boasts involvement in over 1,000 real estate transactions. As CEO of Atlanta-based brokerage, Buy n Sell, Inc., Kito has been dubbed “the guy to know” in circles ranging from community leaders to elite investors.

Kito was introduced to entrepreneurship at an early age by helping his father, a serial entrepreneur, run his construction business. After high school he started college while simultaneously taking the steps to opening his own construction business. When business took off, he decided to pursue entrepreneurship full-time and withdrew from school. He would later return to college and obtain a degree in Communication Studies from Kennesaw State University.

Real estate was another lifelong interest for Kito, and with his background in construction, it seemed that a career in the industry was always in the cards. He acquired his first home at the age of 20, and from this his passion continued to emerge. Reading Robert Kiyosaki’s classic book, ​Rich Dad, Poor Dad,​ gave him the direction he needed to move forward successfully, and by the age of 30 he owned 17 properties.

He’s served as an acquisitions agent and broker for the Blackstone Group’s Invitation Homes, one of the largest single family hedge funds in the country, and as part of the 6th largest Keller Williams team in the world. Aside from his impeccable work ethic, Kito’s success can be attributed to his unique approach to real estate investing that reflects a healthy balance between risk taking and practicality. He’s also a master at networking and developing relationships that encourage the growth of his enterprises.
