Kito J Johnson

Kito J. Johnson is the founder of The HEIRS™ Movement, a faith-driven real estate and generational wealth education platform, and CEO of The BNS Companies, a real estate parent company spanning brokerage, property management, and development. With more than 25 years in real estate and over 1,300 transactions to his name, Kito has built a reputation as one of the most trusted voices in wealth-building through real estate.

Kito was introduced to entrepreneurship at an early age, helping his father, a serial entrepreneur, run his construction business. After high school he started college while simultaneously working to open his own construction business. When business took off, he pursued entrepreneurship full time and later returned to Kennesaw State University to complete a degree in Communication Studies.

Real estate was a natural next step. He acquired his first property at twenty years old, and reading Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad gave him the direction he needed to build real, lasting wealth. He went on to serve as an acquisitions agent and broker for Blackstone's Invitation Homes, as part of one of the largest Keller Williams teams in the world, before building his own portfolio and companies.

Kito created The HEIRS™ Framework, five principles for building and sustaining generational wealth, to help others do what he did: break the cycle of financial struggle and build a legacy God's way. He is the author of The HEIRS™ Guide to Generational Wealth, a faith-driven roadmap for readers ready to move from surviving to building.

When he's not building his companies or teaching, Kito enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new cultures through international travel.
