A former Businessman of the Year, Baiju has experience which extends beyond the realm of enterprise. A trained psychologist, lecturer, speaker and author, he nudges people into realising their power.

Baiju had experience in the academic world as a psychology lecturer and in the corporate world as a sales director before starting his own coaching and training business in 2007. Using his skills as a trainer, teacher and coach, he aims to transform the world through teaching entrepreneurial skills to businesspeople, start-ups, students and employees to increase productivity, performance and winning mindsets. His mission is to teach people that being an entrepreneur doesn’t need to have anything to do with business; it’s a mindset centred on making the most of what is available to you now, and thriving.
