Richard Carson is writer, consultant, and academic researcher in organizational psychology and change management. He provides consulting services to non-profits and government in change management, organizational development, strategic planning and performance management. Mr. Carson's recent experience has been working with local government agencies in the four Western states of California, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Mr. Carson's doctoral studies degree are in organizational psychology with Washington State University's Interdisciplinary Doctorate Program. He has trademarked his People Sustained Organizational Change Management (PSOCM) 10-Step Model and owns the related website. The model provides a comprehensive, systematic, life cycle approach to managing organizational change from personnel, technological and existential events.
