J. McCreary resides in Battle Ground Washington where she lives for sweatpants and rainy days. She is the wife of a bearded man-child and a mom to a pretend adult. When she isn’t writing you can find her looking at Pinterest, drinking beer, baking, binge watching Netflix, traveling or taking a nap.

She lives a very full and exciting life.

Her 5th grade teacher predicted she would be a published author some day so J took matters into her own hands, writing and publishing her first book.

The Kendrick Pennsylvania series followed and it has been a current work in progress.

She still cannot believe people want to read the nonsense she writes and loves to hear from her readers.
