Peter Tattersall

Hello. I have three passions in life. The first is cars in general and the second is motor racing, so maybe I'm cheating and that counts as one. Either way, I've been an amateur racing driver for over twenty years, always aboard my trusty Caterham Seven.

My third (or second, I don't mind) passion is Ancient Rome and I have devoured many books, by authors modern and ancient, on the subject. Latium is the second book that I have written, but the first to publish.

For my full time profession, I contract out as a computer software/systems test engineer. I work away from home, usually basing myself in my comfortable caravan, which I love. I do have to keep myself busy in the evenings, hence my writing. I'm currently developing a little box of tricks to make the life of a racing driver a little safer and hope to have it completed in time for the 2022 season. I shall also continue with my writing.
