Andrew Ridker

Andrew Ridker’s debut novel, The Altruists, was translated into more than a dozen languages. His sophomore novel, Hope, was named a Best Book of the Year by the New Yorker and the Boston Globe. Both books were named New York Times Editors’ Choices. His writing has appeared in The New York Times Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine, and Le Monde, among many other publications. A graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, he is the founder of the Prospect Writers’ Workshop.
