Arielle Dani Lebovitz

I’m Dani Lebovitz, a pediatric dietitian and founder of Kid Food Explorers, where I help families raise confident, curious eaters who trust their bodies and enjoy food without pressure or guilt. I know firsthand how stressful mealtimes can feel, that tug between wanting your kids to eat well and not wanting to turn food into a fight. That’s why I create playful, hands-on ways to make feeding kids simple, inclusive, and fun again.

As the author of the Growing Adventurous Eaters® series and co-author of Food Positivity: How to Ditch Diet Culture and Talk to Kids About Food, I’m passionate about helping families move beyond diet culture, food shame, and picky eating struggles toward connection, curiosity, and confidence at the table. My work blends nutrition science, child development, and creative learning to help kids build body trust and lifelong healthy food relationships because all foods fit and every-BODY belongs.

Before founding Kid Food Explorers, I earned my master’s degree in Health Communication from Boston University and completed my dietetic internship at Johns Hopkins. I live in Germany with my husband, our three little explorers, and a very mischievous standard poodle named Ferdinand.
