I have always believed that words are like the thorns of a rose: they can hurt, leaving invisible marks only the soul can recognize, but they can also reveal what lies beneath—what transforms us and shapes who we become.
I write stories about emotions, silence, and the moments when life changes without warning. My work explores human connections, the choices that define us, and the fragile instants capable of altering an entire life.
My books include Paper Masks (Caretas de Papel), a story about the masks we sometimes wear to survive; Postdata and Postdata 2, where fate and coincidence intertwine in unexpected ways; and 47 Minutes, a novel about the weight of a single moment and how time can shift everything we believe to be certain.
I also share poetry on my blog, ema-blog, a small space where words try to capture emotions that are often difficult to explain.
Because sometimes life doesn’t change in years.
Sometimes it changes in 47 minutes.
