Richard Sites

Richard Sites helps organizations solve operational problems that stall performance and stifle teams. He is the founder of Peripet Learning, where he works with companies to cut waste, fix workflows, and build tools that actually get used. Richard is the author of Fix the Work and Uptrain, and co-author of the best-selling Leaving ADDIE for SAM series. His work challenges traditional training models and reframes training as an operations function, not a support task. He has led workshops around the world, created one of the first LinkedIn Learning courses about agile learning development, and spent over 25 years helping teams move faster and deliver what matters. Richard holds a doctorate in instructional technology along with degrees in education and business, but he believes the real test is simple: does YOUR work solve something?
