Susan Ackerman

Susan Ackerman has always known she would play a role in empowering women to step into their greatness. After watching so many women succumb to their own limited beliefs; not believing they were good enough, smart enough, young, enough, old enough--and having fought those same limited beliefs her entire life, she knew that something needed to be done. She believed that if women could work together, support each other, and raise each other up--in a positive and inspirational environment--that amazing things could happen.

Susan Ackerman is the founder and director of Inspire Reno and the visionary behind the Reno Rising project. It is her dream to create a global movement of women lifting women--without competition, without jealousy, and without judgment.
