Neil Tumber

Hi, I am Best Practice Leader at Tumber Inc. An engineer by training, I have enjoyed leadership roles in manufacturing and operations across many industries from utilities to FMCG in a variety of organizations including SMEs and large multi-nationals. My particular interest is how open collaboration leads to sustainable value. This is based on my deep faith in the ability of everyone to excel at their work and passionate belief that working collaboratively can make workforces happier and more creative.

I have written “Moments of Insight” as one way to excite people’s curiosity about collaboration. It is a collection of short stories each of which demonstrate one key behavior that enables people to work effectively together.
