Retired Navy Commander R.A. Selitsch, received his commission in the United States Naval Reserve in 1988.
He served with Commander Naval Forces Pacific, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, European Command, Naval Forces Korea and Defense Intelligence Agency.
Mobilized to Active Duty after September 11, 2001, he deployed as a credentialed NCIS Reserve Agent supporting U.S. Navy ship visits in the Balkans.
As a Reserve Naval Attaché, Selitsch performed duty at nine U.S. Embassies.
