Tracey Carisch

Tracey Carisch graduated from IU's Kelley School of Business and began her career as a consultant with an international consulting firm. After receiving her MBA from the University of Utah, she opened her own independent consulting practice. Through her work with both corporations and nonprofit organizations, Tracey came to play a prominent role in the STEM education initiative, serving as the Managing Director of the STEM Innovation Hub and later as a representative in Harvard University’s Pathways to Prosperity Network. In 2014, Tracey took a dramatic leap into the unknown when she temporarily left her career and embarked on an 18-month trip around the world with her husband and their three young daughters. After traveling through 24 countries on 6 continents, the Carisch family returned to the United States in the fall of 2015 and settled in Summit County, Colorado. Tracey Carisch now works as an international speaker and a talent development leader for Vail Resorts. She lives in the mountains of Colorado with her husband and three daughters.
