Vivienne Wei is an Agentic Enterprise transformer and an advocate for working mothers.

From Shanghai to Dartmouth College, from Wall Street to Silicon Valley, Vivienne has always worked and excelled in a male-dominant environment. But her previous experiences pale to her transition to motherhood.

Having personally benefited from the wisdom shared by C-level executives, Vivienne aims to pay it forward by helping women ascend the steep learning curve of working motherhood and accelerate their careers. Based on compelling research and personal stories, her book, Labor Force, provides actionable advice for excelling in the transition to motherhood and accelerating your career.

Vivienne received a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Vivienne lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two daughters.
