Alejandro Cardenas is a Latin-American artist and designer. As a child, his Chilean grandmother taught him how to read tarot and opened his imagination to mythology and mysticism. In 1996, Alejandro moved to New York to study fine art at Cooper Union, and later received acclaim designing prints and textiles for designers Proenza Schouler. His work spans the worlds of fine art, fashion, design, and animation. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.
