Alexandro Beato

Dr. Alexandro Beato was born in the Dominican Republic in 1976. He moved to the United States at the age of 18, and he graduated from Theodore Roosevelt H.S. in the Bronx in 1996. He Retired from the United States Army in 2015 and currently lives in El Paso, Texas with his wife and three children.

Dr. Beato is currently an adjunct professor at Park University and Webster University. He received a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in healthcare management from Walden University in 2017 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in marketing from Columbia Southern University in 2011. He also completed a master certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University in 2018. Dr. Beato also serves as a senior dissertation editor for Editors Dissertations and Thesis. In his time off, he enjoys mentoring and coaching students with their dissertations and helping them achieve their educational goals. He is passionate about researching organizational leadership, employee turnover, corporate performance, and employee retention.

Dr. Beato is also an active member of Delta Mu Delta Honor Society and Golden Key International Honor Society. He has published two journal publications: Implementing Effective Strategies to Reduce Employee Turnover: Retail Managers Share Experiences and Successful Strategies Leaders Use to Reduce Employee Turnover and Maintain Sustainability in For-Profit Colleges. Additional work includes his dissertation: Effective Strategies Employed by Retail Store Leaders to Reduce Employee Turnover.

Dr. Beato has co-authored two books. His second book, The Refractive Thinker®: Vol. XV: Nonprofits: Strategies for Effective Management became a #1 international best-selling title and his first book, The Refractive Thinker®: Vol XIV: Health Care: The Impact on Leadership, Business, and Education went on to become a #1 best-selling book.
