Jan Kelly

Jan Kelly, author of The Arizona Series, is a native Arizonan with an MFA in Creative Writing from Arizona State University where she taught for 30 years. Set in vividly depicted Arizona landscapes and featuring the indigenous people of each area, these adventure and romance novels follow Guy Thornton—a rancher, rodeo entertainer, and horse trainer—on a decades-long journey through the evolving American West. All of the books are woven, usually in an alternating pattern of four chapters with different points of view and time periods, intertwined with Native American culture stories. Kelly has one daughter and lives with her husband in Scottsdale, Arizona.
