Born in California, raised in the most depressing neighborhoods of Buffalo, NY and currently building a legacy from South Florida, Antoine Patton has experienced the many faces, sub-cultures, and inequalities of North American society.

Although a grade A student growing up, Patton had more friends and families living a felonious lifestyle than a positive, legitimate lifestyle. After Patton's Mom was robbed at gunpoint in her home in 2001, and then his own home was burglarized in 2006, he became an avid gun collector. What he thought would indefinitely protect him and his family, evolved into him illegally possessing weapons that would do the total opposite: separate him from his family for the next 8 years of his life.

In Cages To Stages: How S.T.E.M. Changed My Life, Patton reveals his awakening in prison, his re-introduction to higher education and the principles he focused on mastering every day in prison which ultimately made him a better man, father, entrepreneur and community stakeholder.
