Ruth Kudzi

Ruth Kudzi is the founder and CEO of Optimus Coach Academy where they train clients to become certified and accredited coaches (ICF, EMCC, AC) and support organisations to build and develop coaching capacity. The focus of the work is applying Psychology & evidence based approaches to embed coaching and support behavioural and identity change.

Alongside her work at Optimus which has seen her train over 1000 coaches she is a well established coach, mentor, speaker and author. Ruth predominately works in the leadership and small business sectors and has impacted 1000s of clients across her career.

Ruth combines over 30 years of studying Psychology, 20+ years of leadership expertise and deep coaching skills: she is an ICF Master certified coach, accredited mentor and team coach and is often cited as one of the leading voices in the coaching industry. She has written 3 Amazon best selling books as well as created a collaboration book and is regularly booked for keynotes.
