Mr. John F McMichael

John F. McMichael was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Over the past 15 years, John has worked on Wall Street at some of the most prestigious firms in finance, including Loop Capital Markets, Bloomberg L.P, and Goldman Sachs . John currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with his wife and two children, where he is a Private Banker at J.P. Morgan.

John is a Posse Scholar, who attended Vanderbilt University. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Global Corporate Finance and Management.

Growing up, John played multiple sports, but his true love was always basketball. From his days traveling across the country playing AAU to more recently coaching middle school basketball, John has spent 20+ years around the game.

John decided to write this book because he truly believes in giving back, and what better way to give back than to marry his technical skills with his passion for basketball to provide financial literacy to those who need it the most?
