Roxana P. Samson

Roxana P. Samson was born on 1981 in Transilvania, Romania. She studied Economics as a Bachelor degree as well as a Master degree. She competed in national and international bodybuilding and figure competitions and finished each of them in the top 3. During 2010, she moved to USA and was able to compare the life styles of these different areas, learning the pluses and minuses belonging to each particular society. She is attracted of the medical field by having a working relationship with it in the present and by experimenting certain body reactions during her competitive years. The book “Nutrition & Exercise” promotes the healthy food and diets, the basics for gaining weight and losing weight, along with descriptions of the correct ways of doing the exercise.
