I have freely discovered that instead of PTSD, I am an 'Empath' and that without conscious healing tools (Usui Reiki), I can feel the real pain energy of those around me. Being an introvert in an extroverted world is not easy, and likely many of your students and associates live in the same reality. Empathy is what compelled me to start writing and problem solving the crisis of mass-assault after the horrors of Sandy Hook Elementary. It seems like yesterday, because there have been so many more since. I believe only collective empathy, matched with specific tactical implementation will end mass-assault in school as we now know them!

I submit that I ONLY need ONE-SINGLE-SCHOOL to implement my idea to significantly reduce any chance of mass-assault occurring in that particular school. I present an easy, workable, and financially smart solution which does require open-minded discussion. I know that without organizational implementation mass-assaults will continue in schools and elsewhere... but I simply can not think of another setting better than a school to be so organized as to implement it! I hope one day soon one will. Michael
