Violet Kim

Violet Kim (Jung Ah Kim) received a BFA degree in illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design. She is also an illustrator of 'Earth Day, Birth Day!' and 'If you’re going to a march'. Her recent book Luna's Yum Yum Dim Sum was included as part of the ‘2023 Best Children’s Picture Books of the Year in Spanish’ by The Children’s Book Committee of Bank Street College of Education. She likes to travel and has lived in different countries. At the moment, she is living in Taipei, waiting for her next journey while drinking coffee and working on her art.
