Stephen Edward Reid

Stephen Edward Reid was born in Chatham, Kent, the youngest of three siblings. He graduated from Bolton University with a degree in film/TV and writing and moved first to London, then York where he settled with his wife and three children. He has written a number of screenplays and short stories, one of which has recently been shortlisted as a finalist in the Ryedale Book Festival Short Story Competition. Also a film director, his debut feature film, Behold The Claw goes into production in February 2023. His debut novel, Tender Things Shall Die is out in August 2023.
