Six years a principal, Jayne saw more than her share of bullies in her office. And because she always wanted to protect the hearts of the kids who had been bullied, she wrote the Truest Heart: A Story to Share to Overcome Bullying, Build Self Esteem and Create Confidence. She was the recipient of a Denver Teacher's Award, and selected as an American Council of Learned Societies Teacher Fellow. She visits schools to share the process in The Truest Heart. Her second book, The Truest Heart Companion, is due out in September, 2018.
