Jane Downes

Jane Downes, a graduate of the University of Utah, and Certified Personal Trainer/Corrective Exercise Specialist, has been a nutritional specialist and fitness coach since 2013. Jane has serviced over 5,000 1:1 training sessions, and helped hundreds more clients through her online training and nutrition programs. She discovered the Ketogenic diet while looking for relief from anxiety and depression through a non-medication approach. She not only found the relief she was looking for, but also saw amazing results in her body composition, sustainable energy, better sleep quality, improved digestion, healthier skin, and many other health benefits. Jane now specializes in helping clients create a low-carb/Ketogenic lifestyle to achieve the same results. Wanting to share her results and help even more people, she founded the popular blog FitKetoGirls in 2016 with her business partner, Liz Williams. Her first book, Essential Ketogenic Diet Pressure Cooking will be available in September of 2018. Jane is featured in the Spring 2018 issue of Where Women Cook magazine, has been a guest speaker at several fitness conferences, has a level 1 CrossFit certificate, and continues to work with the top fitness brands in the industry.
