Eduardo E. Hurtado is a decorated war hero of the United States Army and a former soldier of the Venezuelan Air Force, he has a degree in Strategic Security and Protection Management, he also has a degree in Electronic Technology and is pursuing postgraduate studies obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is currently dedicated to the strategic management of security at an international level, he has the "Certified Protection Professional (CPP)" certification from the renowned organization ASIS International.
In his resume he has a combined 13-year military career where he has completed multiple studies in military and management strategy, obtained a diploma in air traffic control, intelligence, air defense radar operator, avionics and Apache model helicopter armament Delta (AH-64D) Longbow at the US Army Military Aviation School at Fort Eustis Virginia and during his military career he worked in different departments including geospatial surveillance (GEOINT) through the Command Post of the Future and Blue Force systems. He participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) thus obtaining multiple awards including the Global War Antiterrorism Service Medal, Operation Iraqi Freedom Medal, Army Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service, among others. He participated in multiple cross trainings with the distinguished Delta, Rangers and Special Forces units. He has had the opportunity to visit 22 countries where he has developed professionally as a seminarian, technological ambassador and learning from different cultures, ways of thinking, procedures, laws, tactics, among other characteristics of great strategic and managerial value.
