Matthew K. Thompson

Matthew is the third child of Bishop Gideon and Pastor Yvonne Thompson.

Since his youth, Pastor Matthew has exhibited a desire and determination to advance the Kingdom of God. After graduating from Morehouse College, his purposeful journey in ministry began in 1996 at New Covenant Christian Center, now known as Jubilee Christian Church.

He has faithfully served as an Executive Assistant, Leader of Ministry of Helps, Executive Administration, Administrative Pastor, Executive Pastor and now serves as the Senior Pastor. Matthew’s preaching style is dynamic and captivating, yet practical. He has been married to his wife, Pastor Mona for 20 years and they are blessed with two children, Tyveshe and Matthew Jr.
