He is a mental health advocate and truly believes in the effects mental health can have on an employee's performance, productivity, engagement, and satisfaction in the workplace.
In 2018, Jake published a book, "Cut the Crap," which helps people understand how to eliminate the clutter in their relationships, homes, businesses, and their own minds so that they can find greater purpose and focus on what is going to help them grow and become happier in their lives.
He is a Forbe's featured coach and a top voice among LinkedIn, gaining over 30k followers and 2 million views in under 9 months. He is an internationally recognized speaker, has spoken to thousands around the world and has shared the stage with speakers like Jessie Itzler, Ed Mylett, Evan Charmichael, Steve Seibold, and many more.
Outside of his professional life, he loves to try out new restaurants, hit the movie theater, play volleyball and spikeball, and go on adventures with his family.
He and his wife have two beautiful kids and they live here in Sandy, UT.
