James J Varela

James Joseph Varela was born in Dubuque Iowa. He has spent most of his working life in Sales & Marketing. Since 2006 he has been a Disability Specialist for the State of Florida. A graduate of State College of Florida ( A.S. Computer Information Systems ) and Upper Iowa University ( B.S.) Public Administration the author has been on the front lines of the war on poverty in America has seen first hands the struggles of Americans. During his career with the State he has received numerous awards and accolades over the years for his work both in the private and public sector.
