George Owen

I was in second grade when I wrote my first book. I was probably in fifth grade when I illustrated my second book. Writing is my happy place. When I write I feel like words sing to me, asking me to release them to the page. I hope that the books I write make a difference to the children who read them.

George, activist and self-published author lives in Wichita, KS and has three children, who have given him most of his best ideas for his books.
