Jessica L. Simons is a hugger at heart- always believing in the power of kindness and happiness and doing all she can to bring that feeling to others. With a Masters in Special Education from Fordham and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Studio Art from New York University, Jess is combining her teaching experience and passion for doing good into her first children's book. She is looking to help kids everywhere learn important life lessons, and in a fun way, inspire them to be better people in their homes, in their schools and in their communities. She is married with two young children - her very own "Hugsmilers" - and resides in Westchester, New York. She is known for making the best banana bread, which is another small way that she brings smiles to people's hearts. Jessica L. Simons is a hugger at heart
