Tim Bell

I have spent most of my working life coaching, training and managing others based on my own real life experiences and education. Through my years of experience managing day-to-day operations for various real estate investment businesses, I have gained the knowledge and expertise necessary to be effective in this business. Further, as a consequence of my years of experience instructing, supervising, managing and helping others in business, I thoroughly understand the task of effectively communicating new ideas and concepts.

I have been told that I have an exceptional ability to bring out the best in others, and to encourage people to step outside their “comfort zone” and accomplish more than they have in the past. I have also been told by many of my students that I have an unusual ability to make instructional materials “clear, interesting and enjoyable,” through the use of real life examples, personal anecdotes and the power of my enthusiasm for the subject.

I have been awarded "Coach of the Year" a total of 4 times at two different coaching companies. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent Pre-Licensing Instructor. I am a member of the International Coach Federation, International Association of Coaching and the National Real Estate Educators Association.

My greatest professional achievement is all the help and assistance I have given thousands of people over my various careers teaching, coaching, mentoring and training others to be better, do better and have more success in their work and their lives.

I am an experienced hiker and backpacker, certified scuba diver and private pilot. I am also a “car guy,” repairing, restoring and reselling mostly sports cars for many years. I played high school and college football, and played a lot of baseball as a kid, so I love both football and baseball. I grew up skiing at Snowbird Ski Resort in Utah, and I tried snowboarding once at the insistence of my sons (never again!) I currently play recreational softball every summer and I also enjoy skeet and trap shooting. I have been a supporting actor in the cast of several plays at the Promised Valley Playhouse and other professional venues around Salt Lake City. I have had feature roles in two commercials, one for Jerry Seiner Chevrolet (Salt Lake City, UT) and one for Luna Corp (Phoenix, AZ).

I have done extensive volunteer work with my church serving in many lay ministry positions and working on many community service projects.

My greatest non-professional achievement is my family; I am so lucky to have found my incredible wife and to have convinced her to stay with me forever. My three sons and my three daughters all love each other and enjoy spending time together, and have all achieved a measure of success in their own way. My 13 grandchildren are all very bright and beautiful and are all special to me in their own individual ways.

I was born in Southern California and my parents moved to Utah when I was 12. As an adult I have lived in Colorado Springs, CO, Huntington Beach, CA and Tempe, AZ. I currently live in Draper, Utah (a suburb of Salt Lake City).
