John P. Farrell

John P. Farrell is an Estate Planning Attorney with The Farrell Law Firm where he serves clients in the Metro Atlanta area through the firm’s Marietta, Georgia office. John is a native Georgian and currently lives in Marietta with his wife and two sons.

He was born and raised in Calhoun, Georgia and moved to the Atlanta area twenty-seven years ago to attend Kennesaw State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta. John has practiced law since 2003 and is licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. Additionally, John has served as a Part-Time Magistrate Judge with the Cobb County Magistrate Court.

He enjoys reading, music, and spending time with his family.

Mr. Farrell’s law practice focuses helping seniors, individuals with disabilities, small business owners and their families make informed decisions in some of life’s most important decisions.
