Joshua Sbicca

Joshua Sbicca is Associate Professor of Sociology at Colorado State University. Since 2014, he has been teaching courses on food and agriculture, social movements, and social problems. He writes about food systems, food and social justice movements, and food politics at the intersections of racial and class inequities, mass incarceration, and gentrification. He is the author of Food Justice Now!: Deepening the Roots of Social Struggle and co-editor of A Recipe for Gentrification: Food, Power, and Resistance in the City.
