Emma Dixon

Emma Dixon has been an editor in the non-profit industry. The inspiration for her writing came from her grandmother, who adored writing poetry about her family and the life she so loved on their small farm in the Ozarks. Emma spent her summers on her grandparent’s farm playing with her cousins. In the evenings the family cozied into the big front porch swing together giggling with delight as their grandmother read her rhythms and tributes she wrote for each of them. Though her grandmother has passed, the legacy of her love for family and enduring faith lives on through the words she penned. Those words inspired Emma to leave her own legacy for her family and friends, a legacy that begins with Chaucer's Caper: The Nutscapade. Today Emma enjoys her life in the South and reading her grandmother's poems to her family.
