Jennifer Tyes

Jen Tyes is a native of Buffalo who now resides in Connecticut with her children. A veteran of the United States Army, she later earned degrees from State University of New York at Brockport and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute before building a career in technology.

Inspired by her children and their creativity, Jen returned to her lifelong love of storytelling. She writes speculative fiction, horror, fantasy, and children’s stories that explore humanity, connection, fear, hope, and the unseen threads that shape who we become. Through her work, Jen hopes to inspire others to pursue creativity boldly and believe that no dream is too big and no impact is too small.
