Tamica Sears aka The Corporate Fixer is a Leadership Development Coach currently residing in sunny Arizona. Tamica is an HR Consultant and Executive Coach on a mission to save corporate America. With 20+ years of human resources, leadership development, and coaching experience, she helps leaders become more inclusive, empathetic, innovative, and authentic. Tamica has successfully guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, strategy sessions, and succession planning, and has created and implemented effective leadership development programs for several Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries.

After doing just about every aspect of Human Resources that could be done, Tamica branched out into Leadership Coaching where she discovered that she was able to make a difference in the lives of many by coaching leaders.

Her philosophy: HR professionals should be employee advocates focused on giving employees the best workplace experience possible.

Tamica plans to continue this work by publishing books that help people live their best lives. When not spending time helping other professionals succeed, Tamica is the ultimate dog mom and loves to cozy up with her furry best friend, Ellie.
