Julio Coppola

Naval Engineer from the University of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.

He was President of the Pan-American Institute of Naval Engineering and General Manager of the National Administration of Ports of Uruguay. Exhibitor at international events related to logistics and port systems, in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, United States, Spain, Italy and China. TRAINMAR instructor, UNCTAD (UN) program for training in maritime and port areas, teaching courses in many countries.

He has written several articles related to his specialization, particularly in logistics and ports.

He finally ventured into the novel with "Catal, 10,000 years of Revolution", which has had three editions in Spanish.
