Dr. Patrick A ODougherty is a 1968 of the College of Education at the University of Minnesota. He is an Edith West student and a Jim Olsen student. These teachers wrote the curriculum for many public schools in Minnesota in the social studies area. Dr. Patrick A ODougherty is a Founder of the Anoka Voice.
