Dhruva Chatterjee

Dhruva Chatterjee (1978-Present) was born in Jamshedpur, India to Bengali parents. He moved to Ranchi, India a few years later and finally moved to Delhi, where he has spent most of his childhood as well as adult life.

He is from an Information Technology background and writing poems was always a passion for him. He took up his first job in the year 1995 as a salesman for a local newspaper and his first job in the field of computers was around the year 1997-98 as a Trainee. While pursuing his career in computers, he kept writing off and on. In 2018, he finally decided to make writing his second career in addition to a career in computers.

He first published his book of poetry "Passing Feelings" in 2018 followed by his first book of an ongoing detective series which was published in 2018 called "Ammon - A World of Analysis: The Initial Encounters". Thereafter, he published a psychological thriller called "One Among Us" which was published in July 2018. All these books are available in the Kindle Store.

His latest book is called "Through My Eyes" which was released on the Kindle Store in February 2019. This latest one is a hilarious narration about a newborn baby and how he views the world of adults around him in his own words. It's literally a laughing riot so do check it out if you like to tickle your bone once in a while.

Dhruva is currently putting the finishing touches on his next book in the detective series of Ammon as well as writing a very short story about a special kind of girl and her experiences in life. After these two, Dhruva would start working on two new projects, one entitled "Arranged" and another "The Countryside Family".

"Arranged" targets the "humor" category and revolves around the life of a young couple in India who get married through an arranged process and what all they have to endure. It's a story without much twists and turns, plain old story about a middle-class family in India. On the other hand, in "The Countryside Family" the story gyrates around a family in the countryside somewhere in Sweden and the unique set of events that change their lives. This last one is a thriller.
